Separating announcements
At the moment one are able to seperate announcement with "User Groups" so that some announcements are shown just for some users of the SelfServicePortal.
I'd like to request a feature that does the same but also for technicians, for instance seperate announcements with the help of "Support Groups".
In this way I would be able to send seperate announcement to for instance my "Windows technicians" groups and my "Mac technicians" groups.
