This can happen for a host of reasons :
1. If the system does not meet the minimum requirements as prescribed @ http://www.manageengine.com/it360/help/meitms/setup-meit360/system_requirements.html
2. If the default port for IT360 is modified. There are every possibilities that this port is occupied by any other module within IT360 and there is a port clash. We could get this identified through the logs.
3. Another possibility would be that any module failed to initialize during start-up on the account of excessive JVM usage. Reinitializing the particular module and starting it once again should resolve this. It is recommended that re-initialization is done with the help of a Support Personnel.
4. There could be another ManageEngine product which is installed on the same server as IT360. This is more related to point 2 as discussed above.
