Hi,

In the Service Catalogue, you can add a Service Category and underneath that - Add Service.

We'd like another tier under Add Service - Add Specific Item (template) 

For example:

Service Category - SAP

Service - are all the different modules in SAP (MM, PM, FICO, QM, SD, etc)

Now we need the specific item layer 

This would mirror the Category Subcategory Item architecture currently in SDP.

ex:

Service Category - SAP

Service - Sales & Distribution

Items - Create New Shipping Route, Create New Sold To, Create New Delivery Method, etc...
