Service Desk 9.0 not working (install problem)

Hi, all  

Currently we using service desk 8.0.0.8006 (Windows Server 2008 R2 and SQL Server 2008 R2), after I see the new enhancements in version 9.0 I am decided move to new version.

  I prepare test server (Windows Server 2008 R2 and SQL Server 2008 R2), downloaded from site latest version of service desk and install it, but it’s not working ….. Database not creating and service desk not starting

Then I’m trying to run service desk manually using run.bat I got next error Invalid authentication attempt, principal=null

 

I was trying to install new version on

Windows Server 2008R2 + SQL Server 2008R2

Windows Server 2012R2 + SQL Server 2012

Latest Debian + SQL Server 2012

  However, always have same error:

  1. Database not creating

  2. Invalid authentication attempt, principal=null

  However, when I try to install service desk 8.0.0.8006 what we are using it installs perfectly, database creates automatically and all working

 

Then I’m try to go long way and upgrate current version that works to 9.0, but after 3 rd update it stop working and I get error Invalid authentication attempt, principal=null

 

Therefore, can anyone share knowledge how to fix that error and make service desk 9.0 working
