ServiceDesk: Changes - Completion of Record vs. Completion of Release

ServiceDesk: Changes - Completion of Record vs. Completion of Release

(requested with respect to ServiceDesk Plus 9018 Enterprise)
apologies as these may be duplicate although I could not find them when I searched

Enhancement Request 1:   Specific Change record attribute "Release Completed Time"

Reason:  There is a large difference in our organization between doing the Change work and completing the documentation.  This is particularly true with respect to retrospectively documented Emergency Changes.

We desperately need to be able to identify when the actual work finished VS. when the documentation and closure of the Change Record finished.

Enhancement Request 2:  Change Calendar filter for Changes that shows only the Actual Release timeframe for the Change and then one that shows both the Scheduled Start and End Time overlayed by the actual Start and End Times of Change Release work

Reason:  Scheduled Start and End are approved by our CAB.  We do not Change the approved window as this is carefully decided based on impact to other CIs and their SLAs.  For our Help Desk and users, however, we NEED to be able to identify when the work actually impacted systems.  Once the date has passed, the Help Desk doesn't care when the Change was scheduled FOR...they just care about timestamps for the actual time that users may notice difference in the system.
