ServiceDesk Plus 9.2 Released

Dear Users

We are glad to announce the new version of ServiceDesk Plus - ServiceDesk Plus 9.2, which comes with jre 1.7 and Tomcat 7.

It can be downloaded from the URL below,

Existing customers, kindly note that the upgrade to 9.2 can be done from build 9119 or 9120. Customers in earlier builds can move to build 9119 by applying the service pack available at

https://www.manageengine.com/products/service-desk/service-packs.html

We strongly recommend that you try the upgrade in the test environment before applying it on the live setup.

Please be informed that we are taking forced backup before the migration as a precautionary measure and the system can be recovered in case of any issue during migration.

Note:

* PPM size will be 250 MB , because we have bundled jre 1.7 & Tomcat 7.
