ServiceDeskPlus MSP build 8313 migration from MS SQL to PLSQL

Hi,

We are migrating our ServiceDeskPlus MSP database from MS SQL Server 2008 to PostgreSQL 9.4.5. Out SDP build is 8313, it is running on Windows Server 2012 R2 standard.

Unfortunatelly, SDP service cannot start after new PostgreSQL server is set up using changeDBServer.bat.
The following is logged in ServiceDeskPlus-MSP\bin\wrapper.log file:

INFO   | jvm 1    | 2016/02/03 12:13:08 | Trying to start PostgresSQL server failed
ERROR  | wrapper  | 2016/02/03 12:13:09 | JVM exited unexpectedly.
STATUS | wrapper  | 2016/02/03 12:13:14 | Launching a JVM...
INFO   | jvm 2    | 2016/02/03 12:13:14 | WrapperManager: Initializing...

I have checked Application events in Windows, looks like PostgreSQL is generating the following log entry with each PostgreSQL start atempt :

The description for Event ID 0 from source PostgreSQL cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

LOG:  skipping missing configuration file "
[ServiceDesk Plus-Home]/pgsql/data/postgres_ext.conf"

Apparently,
postgres_ext.conf file cannot be found anywhere within SDP installation folder.

Please advise.

Many thanks,
Kestas
