Servlet API: Account addition failed

Service Desk Plus MSP 8.2  Build 8208

I was able to add accounts using the servlet API, but now am getting the error "Account addition failed". Am sure that I haven't made any changes in the settings.What could be the reason for this issue.Please help me to solve this.Very urgent.thanks
