Setting the default mail settings

I am having trouble configuring the outgoing mail server. I have installed other ManageEngine products with no issues using my network Exchange server.


At the moment I have the mail outgoing server set to FQDN, port 25, anonymous access.


When I test it fails with the error of

Sending Failed Click here to troubleshoot

Any suggestions??
