Setup DesktopCentral Distribution Server without domain admin rights

So we're trialing DesktopCentral, and the product is fantastic until I ran into this issue when trying to setup a remote office distribution point on a candidate machine. I was promptly halted by the install wizard with it stating "it must have domain admin to perform this action."

Why?

Assume that the account that desktop central is using has local admin on any machine I would be deploying the distribution servers to, and any workstations that would be deployed to. Why does the distribution server wizard require domain admin credentials? Is there a workaround? Would providing a temporary account to deploy this and then removing the creds be enough for the distribution server?
