Shared Network Printing configuration issue.

We setup this software on a server BIOPDF.com.  We shared printing software and have tested successfully.

If the shared printer is added manually as a user,  the printer installs fine and works.

If I try to add the printer with Desktop Central via configuration shared network printer it does not show up.

Desktop Central states the printer was installed successfully, but the printer does not show up on the client machine ( in control panel devices and printers )  and does not show up as a printer option.

The pdf software is setup and shared from 2012 r2 server.  The clients are all Windows 8.1.

Desktop Central Server 9.0.0.67

Desktop Central Client 9.0.66.W

Any thoughts ?
