When a user is logging a request, solutions are suggested as the subject is typed.

Once the solution is opened, the options shown are "Continue with request" and "Cancel request".

My suggestion is to show a message saying "Was this helpful?" and options to select "Yes" and "No" so we can also keep track of how useful are the solutions published, apart from the view counter.
