SMS on APP Manager

SMS on APP Manager

Hi I test App Manager v11.9 now. My OS is win2008 32bit.
I use M1206B USB modern to test SMS.
At  Configure SMS Server ,it only notify me : Modem is not connected properly. Check your settings!
How can I fixit?
