Some assets failing auto scan
We having some issues for a while now, when we are looking at some assets and try to get the details helpdesk shows that the last scan failed or scan status: failed.
This assets are mostly laptops and they are failing to scan on startup, I have installed the latest agent on one of them for testing and it scans the first time but after a restart when I try to manually scan from helpdesk I get a failed response, or no automatic scanning from the laptop itself.
