Good day,

As an IT Manger, I regularly use Import Request when I have a large number of tickets that my technicians need to address.

This works very well for logging new incidents or tasks but one field is not available that I think is important.

Due date.

It appears as though the intention is to import resolved tickets from other systems but this import also works very well for creating tickets in bulk but when creating tickets in bulk, it is often necessary to change the due dates as you cannot expect these tickets to be resolved within the SLA that is otherwise assigned.

Could you add this as an import field?
