Status:Link up. No flows received for last 10 mins

Hi,

i'm trying configure my router Cisco with Flexible Netflow with NBAR.
I can see statistics in flow export on router Cisco but no flow in NA-server.

I'm using NA 9.8.6 Profesional Plus and router 2951 using IOS version15.2(4)M3.

I restart NA service but not solved.
I unmanaged and managed interface still doesn't work.
Can you helped me why no flow in NA-server ?

Here's the capture.
