Hi,

We are trying to use the function "Send notification to group technician(s) when a new request is added to this group ", it doesn't not work. However if we enable "Alert group members by e-mail when a new request is added to the group." in Notification rules we get an notification, but then on all support group, not just the group we want.

Any suggestions?
