Support Rep associated to an Account

Support Rep associated to an Account

I don't know why and how it happened, but one of the Support Reps is associated to a specific Account, everytime it send an email from his personal mail account to SupportCenter.
So that on top of the request you can see:
Contact : Charlie Smith (AAAAAAA)

but on AAAAAAA account there isn't any contact with this name (this is correct) therefore there is no way to remove it. The email address is the same registered in the Support Rep settings.
How can we restore the correct behavior i.e. no association to any Account?
