Switchport Mapper not working on one device

Switchport Mapper not working on one device

I submit monthly reports detailing how many live interfaces we have.

This month, I ran the report and one of my devices was not returning any results with the message "Device Response not available"

I've restarted the DeviceExpert server, turned off and on the TFTP server, deleted the device and readded it.

I've also found that after deleting and re-adding the device, it isn't being backed up either....

Can anyone help or point me in the right direction?
