Technician to Requester

Technician to Requester

HI All,

I have 2 questions ,

1. How can we change technician back as requester, for some reason we want to remove some technicians but we want to keep them as requester, (Initially they were requester only)


2. Is there any way to change this term "Technician" throughout the ServiceDesk system.
