I use Domain name take the place of  127.0.0.1 in dms.conf  from Oracle application Server 10

The port is 7200 in dms.conf .

Then I use command :

opmnctl stopproc process-type=HTTP-Server

opmnctl startproc process-type=HTTP-Server

I create a new OAS monitor :

Hostname is Domain name , port is 7200 , it connected.

But the button of  Availability and State of health is gray:

the error of the Availability is ：

Unable to perform root cause analysis.Please ensure that the data collection of the resources and their dependencies appropriate configuration

the error of the State of health is ：

Root cause analysis of the health situation in an unknown state.The dependencies of the resource may not be configured, or configured dependent rule does not match

What's the method can I solve this question ?
