I love this tool.  It's simple and quick and does the job.  One question I have, though:

I noticed that if a password expires at 7:30am, the notification adds 8.5 hours.

Example:  Expiry is 5/15/2015 at 7:31am

Email Notification (using macro %DateTime%) says password will expire 5/15/2015 at 5:01pm. 

What might cause the 8.5 hour addition?
