Time still 1 Hour behind in Server (Already applieded the patches)

Hi the server where Netflow Professional is installed is configured this way:

      Windows 2003 (Time is kept synchronized by the Domain Controllers)
      Time Zone: (GMT -03:00 ) Montevideo
                        And Daylight savings is checked
      For Reference Current time on server example is 16:00

Routers are configured this way :

      clock timezone UY -3
      clock summer-time DUY recurring 1 Sun Oct 2:00 2 Sun Mar 2:00

      Time in routers is also kept synchronized by an Ntp Server

      Of course the time of the routers always is correct so the time in the routers is 16:00

All the graphics of routers and everything current Hour is 15:00
So everything in netflow analyser is 1 hour behind

I already applied this patch:

But nothing changed

Any Ideas?

We are evaluating this software, and i think this is the best netflow analyzer out there, but we cant buy it and have this problem...
