Unable to backup Cisco Switch Config
I'm unable to pass the validation process to get NCM to take backups of our networking equipment.
We've got various cisco switches, routers and firewalls across our sites.
I've created a test set of credentials with privilege level 15. These creds work when i ssh directly to the switch and run the show running-configuration command.
However when i enter the credentials in NCM and select save and test, i get all thumbs red.
I've tested via the show terminal option and that connects to the switch without issues.
Please help.
