Unable to fetch values from ServiceDesk Plus 9.240 with OpManager 12200

Hi,
In OpManager Settings->Add-on/Product Integration I configured SDP server like this:




When I clicked save button show a alert every things is okay , also click on Sync now, copy assets to SDP asset manager, but I went to OpManager Settings->Monitoring tab->Notification -> Add ->select Log a Ticket, show me a error "Unable to fetch values from ServiceDesk Plus" and redirect to SDP integration page. What should I do? How to solve it or debug it.
