Unable to get data from CISCO WLC

We have configured our CISCO WLC with Netflow Exporter and Monitor to port 9996. Added the monitor to the QoS of WLAN and application visibility is on. 

However, Netflow Analyzer does not show any data. When trying to add a device (in inventory) it throws an error "Missing translation: No interface found.Device Adding Failed". 

How do we analyze Netflow data from CISCO WLC? Netflow Analyzer does not show any version but the build number is 12000.
