I have installed Opmanager v11.3. Was able to successfully install it with default configuration and Postgresql. 

The login page appears when I use http://localhost. But as I input the default username and password the page hangs there and gets blank. The top of page shows License Activation and hangs there till eternity.

Could someone please help tell why this is happening and what is solution for this?
