Unable to scan network devices SID:8021059

Dear All 

We are trying to perform a network scan with only 4 successful scan  how to I get to view this four found devices?

We are trying to scan devices on a certain network range (10.*.6*) but the scan completes with zero found devices, what can we be doing wrong we have issued the right SNMP community string

There something about OID of the UPS APC 3000 OID how can this be used, it's strange that the whole IP range for these devices cannot be scanned, what are we missing?

Is it possible to have a webex, teamviewer, or chat  session to see what we are experiencing? or how can you support us on this particular issue?
