Unable to see new device in Netflow Analyser!

Unable to see new device in Netflow Analyser!

Hi There,

We are exporting SFlow data to netflow analyser with the correct port but unable to see the switch in Analyser under License Management. We have confirmed if the switch is exporting flow using SFlow tester. We do have another switch setup with SFlow whcih we added few months ago. Could anyone please help us to troublshoot?
