Hi,

We have some users in with unknown user problem and these users are imported from the AD, I tried to clearing browser cache and cookies and r ename the Extracted Folder under SDP-home/application option. But no luck, i have been facing this issue since after the windows updates it seems. Please kindly provide an answer as users are frustrated with this issue.
