Want to hide the "My Details" tab, the "Personalize" link, and the "Change Password" link from all users
I see that we can hide the "My Details" tab from Requesters by unchecking the "View their profile" box at the "Requesters are allowed to" prompt within Admin > Self Service Portal Settings.
A few related questions...
1) Is there a way to hide the "My Details" tab from Technicians, especially for certain Roles, Support Groups, or anything along those lines?
2) Is there any way to hide the "Personalize" link from the user profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen (for either Requesters, Technicians, or both)?
3) Is there any way to hide the "Change Password" link from the user profile icon (for either Requesters, Technicians, or both)?
NOTE: We have the "Enable Active Directory Authentication" checkbox checked. User logins appear to be properly authenticated against AD at the time of login. The "Change Password" link seems to run through the motions of allowing a user to change their password, even sometimes showing that the change was successful, but doesn't seem to actually make a change to the password at the AD level. That may be good - I'm thinking we don't want users changing AD passwords via SDP, but we also don't want them to be confused by thinking they're changing it when they're actually not. So we'd really prefer to remove the link altogether.
