We can upgrade Application Manager from 12710 to 13200
Hi,
We would like to update our Applications Manager with 12710 version to the newer 13200. When we try the update, the following message appears:
We have the following JRE version:
java version "1.6.0_18"Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_18-b07)Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 16.0-b13, mixed mode)
Following the instructions, and prior to update to the 13200, we update the JRE to the following version:
java version "1.7.0_80"Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.7.0_80-b15)Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 24.80-b11, mixed mode)
After changing the JRE, we tried to start the Applications Manager with version 12710, but
the Applications Manager doesnt' start !!!
If we get back to the 1.6 JRE version it works fine, but with the 1.7 it doesn't work.
What's the problem with the Applications Manager 12710 version and the 1.7 JRE version? Is possible to upgrade from the 12710 with 1.6 JRE version, to the 13200 version with 1.7 JRE directly, o we have to do any intermediate step ?
