When add new monitor(Windows Server) other system not auto add in appmanager

When add new monitor(Windows Server) other system not auto add in appmanager

When add new monitor(Windows Server) other system(such as oracle_db, mssql_db) not auto add in appmanager.
and when I add new monitor(database) by click "Add monitors" in block "Monitors in this System"(see attached file), the new monitor(database) is not show in this area.
