Work logs are not being counted as time spent

Several of my tickets are coming back with Time Spent 0:00 when there is a work log of 1 hour.

Several of these have this.

How do I set work logs and a report that has Time spent to read the same thing. Or do I need to use a different field?

Could you please let me know the build no. of your installation and also whether you are running a custom report with the module selected as "Timespent" or "All Requests".

Build is "Your Version

: 7.6.0 Build 7611

The report is an "All requests" report where "time Spent" has been added.

I need to make sure I have accounted for all of my time, so I need to accurately report which tickets have Time Spent and which don't, and be able to edit which ones show Time Spent as 0:00.

If I do a Time Spent report, I only get the ones where time is greater than 0, and if I do and all request report, they show all my tickets as 0 even if they have time on them.
