Hello Team,

We have to create workflow for our cloud base servers. As we set those in one category for monitoring.

to check connectivity or service down issue i have to create workflow for same. as i tried for it but unable to set category in PING DEVICE automation process.

Also there is difficulty while setting trigger alarm for same. What is value set in recurring trigger?

Also i have an query, like i set some criteria in workflow like windows service down, Agent Down, hardware issue so its create multiple ticket or one ticket on same. for this i checked OPM guide book it dosen't help as expect.

Kindly guide us for same.
