I'm trying to use Workflow to generate an alarm on a device but can't get it to trigger a notification profile.  My problem is how to link the notification profile to that generated alarm by the workflow on a particular device?

I've read the documentation on workflow ( http://help.opmanager.com/workflow-conditions-actions) and can't figure this one out.

I could use the send SMS from workflow but it can't use notification profiles and this is not practicle as we will need to modify the workflow everytime a different person in on support.

How can we implement the generation of an alarm by the workflow and then trigger a notification profile on the device where that alarm got generated.
