You can not open the default template cases from


I perform the query because I can not make opening incidents from web . Opening can only be made via mail in my ServiceDeskPlus

I have done actions :

- It created a new templates
- A profile is created with all permits and technicians are assigned
- New technicians were created

If anyone has a solution , I appreciate the comments.
