Is there any way to block users from installing Progressive Web Apps in a web browser using the Endpoint Central browser module or some other feature that can assist with this? Also is there a way that from the inventory that we can choose to not show

Desktop central configurations deployment takes forever!

The response itself if ok, but when we push deployments "immediately", it takes forever! It is very annoying and makes the administrator's job harder than before!
