DC Agent Unable to Send Request to ServiceDesk Plus after upgrading to 10.0.560
No settings have changed, this function worked flawlessly on 10.0.533.W. Verified settings in DesktopCentral for ServiceDesk Plus as error message stated, no settings have changed from prior to 10.0.533. Affecting all DesktopCentral Agents so far since upgrading the other day. Multiple user reports about this issue have appeared and I am able to replicate it on my machine. Any ideas on what 'Servicedesk Plus Settings' are the problem here?

Hi all! I'm running an eval of Desktop Central and I'd like to see how the integration with ServiceDesk Plus works but I'm not able to follow the instructions for the integrating the UI. The document here (https://www.manageengine.com/products/desktop-central/help/configuring_desktop_central/ui_integration_with_servicedesk_plus.html) says I should see a "Desktop Central" link under "Admin > Integrations" in SD+ but it's just not there. I see other products like Jira but no SD+. Am I missing something?
Error while deploying template configuration in Desktop Central
Hi All, We have run into an issue after upgrading DC to .368 that trying to use Custom Actions - Resolve Requests Using Template in which the error above appears on templates that had worked previously. DC user creating issue when enable SDP technician access to DC
Hi. I'am testing integration between SDP 9.3 and DC 10.0. Integration was configured using the guide. When I create technician in SDP and enable access to DC and MDM for him, a user with empty username is created in the DC. Domain name is filled, but User name is grayed out. This technician can log in to SDP and have access to DC from SDP, but can't log in to DC without SDP.
Unable to update Desktop Central - Service Desk Plus integration issue
We had a one year trial version of Service Desk Plus that we integrated when setting up Desktop Central. Due to reasons that could not be resolved by support, after a couple months we eventually reverted back to an earlier backup. However, we no longer use Service Desk Plus (nor is it configured for anything). Desktop Central updating SDP- Various Updating Issues
I am currently running SDP v9 and Desktop central v 8. I have deployed DC agents to all machines however I have 3 issues: 1. Not all devices are being imported into SDP from DC . If I add new devices these do seem to import however devices which were added some time ago appear to be missing from SDP. SDP shows 382 devices and DC 506 devices. 2. The device model is not being imported into SDP from DC (However DC displays the device model) 3. Lenovo model is not displaying the model name e.g. Lenovo E32

Hello, We use the Desktop Central icon in the system tray to create helpdesk tickets in ServiceDesk. We would like the Subject field filled out every time a customer puts in a ticket. The issue is the default setting is Enter Subject Here. The customer rarely fills this out and we end of getting a bunch of tickets with this subject line. Is there any way we can make the Subject field mandatory to be filled out before a ticket can be submitted? Thanks, Frank
Auto assign owner for workstation
If the option "Auto assign owner for workstation (This is applicable only for Windows OS):" is set to "Assign the user who has logged in recently " is there any way to make an exception for machines that are "shared"? While for ~95% of our machines this would result in correct assignment, we have a handfull of machines that have many users that could log in, and i can't see a way to make that exception.
Creating cases
Can you create cases using Desktop Central? Right now I see that you can add a work log to an existing case which is good but creating a case will be better.
Self service portal (Desktop Central integration with Service Desk plus)
Hi We use both desktop central and service desk plus. Wit the new feature win DC called self service for installing applications - we were excited. We assumed that as an end user you would be able to go to your service desk plus self service page (where you can log tickets) and avail of the desktop central self service capability for installing software - this appears though not to be the case. Am i correct in assuming that the integration between DC and Service desk plus is not available? Regards,

Hi I'm running Desktop Central Professional Edition 9.2, build 92063 and ServiceDesk Plus Professional 9.2. We have deployed the DesktopCentral agent to all computers on the domain and these have been scanned and inventoried in both Desktop Central and ServiceDesk Plus. However, when I view the Assets (Workstations Scanned/Detected) in ServiceDesk Plus, the Asset State for all of them is shown as 'In Store' (see attached image). Is this correct? Remote Control confirmation specific Users
Here's what I'm looking to do. 1. PC Techs will have ability to remote control any machine without confirmation as they always have. 2. UserA will only have the ability to remote any machine WITH confirmation. Desktop Central integration with Service Desk Plus
Hello there, we have configured our Desktop Central and Service Desk Plus servers as described on page https://www.manageengine.com/products/desktop-central/help/configuring_desktop_central/dc_sdp_integration.html The connection test in SD runs successfully and does not report errors. Nevertheless, no asset data is posted from DC to SD, or at least no asset data is updated on the SD side. We are running SD build 9118 and DC build 91099. Any idea of what is going wrong? New to Desktop Central
Hi I am new to desktop central and was hoping you can help me. I am trying to create a helpdesk procedure with desktop central. I know that a user will have a client in their machine that they can click and send email to a mailbox. (the support mailbox) I am now looking at where these tickets are saved. ( I know it reaches the email inbox but would like to see a console of a page where every ticket is logged). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

MEDC SDP integration does not work!
The integration between Desktop Central and Service Desk Plus, doesn't seem to stick. Also, after the integration says that is done, I don't see the inventories matching. The idea is to have only one agent working on each computer and I have SDP go through DC to scan the computers. It is not happening!

We are preparing to integrate these products, but cannot determine if we need to run both agents or if just one is required. I have reviewed integration documents, but they lack clarity. Several of the links I have found lead me back to links I had already seen.
Request Helpdesk Feature
I have installed Desktop Central MSP and Service Desk Plus MSP on premise. When users try to use the "Send Request to Helpdesk" feature it responds with an error message stating it cannot send. I have setup the API connection and have a green light on all settings in both admin sections and I have enabled the helpdesk feature in Desktop Central. I performed a google search and found hardly nothing on the issue. Can anyone help?
Service Desk Plus to Desktop Central Prompt
Hello, we have Service Desk Plus and Desktop Central setup on the same server and both are using https: for their URL's. Every time we go from SDP to DC it does not automatically bring up the window for DC. We get prompted in IE11 that only secure content is displayed and we have to hit the show all content button. Once we do this the DC page comes up but just trying to see how to get around this. We have also added the https: url into trusted sites in IE but are still having the same behavior.

Now users are able to log call directly by using that tray icon "Send request to help Desk" where details as Host-name, domain & user-name are automatically picked but here I want to pick IP address also, so is it possible???? Data share between DC and SDP.
I've recently implemented SDP and DC and hopefully have it all up and running as expected. It was my belief that the two synched asset data. I'm assuming then that if i go through the asset info in SDP I click on the system tab - it shows nothing. However if i go through DC then i see local users, groups, services etc. Should this be pulled across? Or am I thinking it does more than it does?

Synchronising with Service Desk Plus
Several questions on the synchronisation between the inverntory/asset registers in these two products: 1. If I delete from DC does the workstation get deleted from SD+ ? 2. If I delete from SD+ does it get deleted from DC ? 3. If I mark a workstation in SD+ as disposed or waiting for disposal will it stop it being listed as Highly Vulnerable in DC ? There is no need to report it as vulnerable if it is disposed of but we do still need to keep it in the SD+ asset register. 4. If
