How to create shortcut in Business View/where to find documentation (build 12200)?

Well, the problem is that it does not work for me ;( I have router - Ubiquiti EdgeRouter Lite and switch - extreme summit 400. On all devices I have enabled snmpv2, and lldp on router, but there is no switch visible on the map. And there are two links for the router on the map. Please advice. Thank you in advance.
