10649 Update for Microsoft Office 2013 (KB3172545) 64-Bit Edition Patch file being named with .cab instead of .msu

10649 Update for Microsoft Office 2013 (KB3172545) 64-Bit Edition Patch file being named with .cab instead of .msu

I was trying to deploy patch 10649 when I saw it failed with error %1 is not a valid Win32 application.  When I look the patch name it is showing as
csi-x-none_266122420989b7d28859d7227d5358f3b7d49af1.cab.   Is there an issue with this patch?
