Ability to set Solution TOPICS as published to Requesters

I would like to have the ability to "hide" Topics from the Self-Service portal. We have lots of technical solutions we want to hide from Requesters, because they are intended to be referenced by IT staff (only). While Requesters see none of the data, the can view our tree structure of:

The ability to see the Topic structure is both useless and meaningless to them, since they can't see the content. It also clutters up their screen. I'd like to be able to "hide" Topics from Requesters.

You might also consider re-wording the configuration option from, "Publish this solution in Self-Service Portal also", to "Publish this solution to Requesters also". The information is available in the self-service portal, as well as the main GUI, and the checkbox really controls if Requesters or Technicians can see the data.
