AD Self service plus (5330) / AD Server Restarts

Hi All,

We are in the progress to deploying AD Self service plus with Latest version (5330) on domain controller version windows 2012 r2 and Forest and domain function level Windows 2008 R2.

After installed the self-service password sync agent in Domain controller servers, we unable to take remote session and the servers are restarted automatically multiple times.

Manage Engine team confirm this is know issue, by adding IP address instead of server FQDN in sync agent.

Please confirm any one done successful installation with this scenario, Please confirm.
