HI,

Please be informed that we encounter a problem is that we checked our "Scheduled List" and it will said "No existing Schedules".

As we checked, we still can received the schedule report via email and we check "Scheduler History" and the report status is normal.

May I know how to get back the report in "Scheduled List"?

Hi Ryan,

Schedule Reports and Automations are login ID based. We are working on implementing a feature to share the schedules to desired technicians and it should be implemented in 3rd quarter of 2017. As of now you can login using the default Admin account to view the schedules created by other technicians.

Thanks for your reply.

Since we use our admin login account and can view the report before, but now we try to use the admin account create a new report but still cannot be show in "Scheduled List. We upgraded the version to 6.5.8 but still the same.

do you have any idea?
