ADManager Plus - TFA on only "Super Admins"

ADManager Plus - TFA on only "Super Admins"

Hello,

Is it possible to only enable TFA on "Super Admin" accounts only? 

I'm in the middle of setting up ADManager Plus right now and we will be having HR personnel using this to create New User Requests. But I do not want to require them to use TFA if they don't have to.
