We have ServiceDesk Plus MSP last version.

Always I try to do the restore backup, I lost my Admin and All Techinicians user and pass.

I tried to restore the admin password on Postgree ( https://forums.manageengine.com/topic/servicedesk-admin-password-reset), but I can't connect to the database to change the password.

So, I can not restore MSP and can not restore admin password.

How I do to resolve this?
