After updates PMP won't start

After updates PMP won't start

Hi

I've just upgraded PMP step by step from 6500 to 8604 on Windows Server 2012 R2. I am now unable to start the service. In Event Viewer I'm receiving the error:

  1. The Password Manager Pro service terminated with the following service-specific error: 
  2. The system cannot open the file.
I am unable to uninstall any of the updates as the option is greyed out.

I assume the issue is with connecting to the database, but I am unable to find any DB related Windows services.

If anyone has any suggestions, that would be a great help!
