Alarm Action - Post to Webservices

I am using ManageEngine Apps Manager v. 11 and I am trying to send alarms straight to our company's ITSM solution ( Microsoft System Center Service Manager) in order to open ITSM tickets when CPU, Memory, Disk, etc. thresholds are breached. ITSM wants us to consume a Web service that they have but ME AppsMan does not have an action for that. 

The only way that I can think of achieving this is through a script execution that will trigger a POST to a web service but I don't like that solution as it involves too many steps and has the potential of introducing delays. 

Is there any other way that you guys have found to integrate with ITSM solutions that are not from ManageEngine?
