Allow for the import of .xlsx files in addition to .csv
It would be awesome if we could import .xlsx files in addition to .csv files. Because .csv files remove all formatting from the spreadsheets, we currently have our HR staff edit everything on a .xlsx file and then save it .csv because .csv files remove pre-pending 0s, don't allow formulas, etc.
It would save us an enormous amount of time and keep us from having to correct files after they are imported as often.
