Would it be possible to change the view/layout when viewing tickets/requests/problems etc?  The basic layout (ticket subject and body) do appear front and center but all the other details (Type, Dates, status, tech, sla, etc etc, seem to be wasted all crowded at the bottom of the screen (after scrolling).  I think it would be more effective if there were a sidebar with all these details.  This way all the information is on one screen, at a glance.  I'd even settle for something that looked kind of like the forums page.

Hi Jason,

We are working on revamping request details page.  In the model key fields will be moved to the right side bar in the details page.

Hi Jason,

The UI revamp is based on certain API enhancements which are in progress.  Our apologies that we are not in a position to provide a time line for now.  We will look to host a beta build once implementation is completed.
